Walmart Vision & Glasses

I wanted to take a moment and thank Linwood for his high level of customer service and Southern Hospitality. We were travelling out of town from San Antonio and my daughter ripped a contact. We had her prescription faxed from her optometrist's office and he gave us a complimentary pair of contacts to last until we could get back to San Antone. Thank you for taking care of us Lin and we will definitely be telling our Richmond friends to come see you.

Really happy with these guys. Went to Visionworks two different times and they messed my prescription up and acted like there wasn’t anything wrong with it. The doctor I saw today made sure that didn’t happen again! So very pleased and will definitely be back! Don’t knock it because it’s Walmart. 😄

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Had some trouble with a pair of sunglasses. All 3 of the associates I dealt with bent over backwards to rectify a problem and were as nice as could be. This kind of service is what brings people back. I'll be there next month for a pair of regular glasses .
