I would like to say thank you first of all. And a speacial THANK YOU TO Jeni she walked us through every step as my father was approaching the end of his life she help make it a little easier by explaining to us everything that was happening so there wasnt any unexpected surprises .. overall the facility the Doctor and the rest of the staff was so compassionate and kind we appreciate all of the staff for the situation we was in we could not have been in a better place.
Ongoing and very friendly and peaceful. Highly recommended for end of life care....

We were treated very nicely at this place while working through my Dad's final days. Very nice staff (especially the aides and nurses) and the place to be when your in a position with family that you don't want to be in. A much better alternative during my father's final hours versus what we probably would have had at the hospital in Lexington. Thank you!
My father went to be with the Lord from this center. He fought for 34 days. The staff became family to me. They comforted me, cared, prayed when I asked. I can’t say enough good about the center and the people that work here. The nurses and aides really care. They share emotions with you and humor when you need it. Teresa, the NP sat with me and talked with me better than any grief couselor ive had. Susan was my pick on RN. Angie was so loving to my dad. I went to church with Martina and we would talk about the miracles we’ve seen. Everyone was so nice. The facility is the best I’ve ever seen. Always clean! It’s the kind of place I would enjoy working at. Love and miss each of these special people. My dad would’ve been so happy with your care in his final days. Thank you to this team and hospice care plus. Miss you guys. J. Speck son and former guardian of Trooper Jerry A. Speck
The staff (ALL of them) were completely caring, sharing, available and handled my momma better than anyone from nurse to Doctor at UK! Her best friend recommended this location & we were planning on going home with my mom......we didn't even make it 24hrs before we knew we felt comfortable enough to stay & mom agreed! It's like we were at home and they were family just visiting!!! I've bragged and bragged , but I'll never stop and I'll never forget! I will forever be their cheerleader and tell everyone I can! That's an important time in our life's!!
