(March 20, 2021, 1:17 pm)We started out at the “other” AT&T location on Richmond. They were very unhelpful, rude, and didn’t have time to help us with our new service! When we decided to add new service we opted to go to the Lantern Ridge location and thank goodness we did, they were 1000% better! They were very helpful, and provided great customer service, answered all our questions, and didn’t act like we were a huge inconvenience! Would definitely recommend this place for all your AT&T needs.

Went in the first time to get a new phone for the first time in about 5-6 years, not tech savvy at all, so they were super helpful helping me pick out a good one for me! Then again when my phone got ran over by the work truck, helped me get the new one, because, thank God they talked me into getting the protection plan so it was covered! Never going to any other At&t store!
