Pictures left on site are actually real, we bought from out of town and this was one of few places that showed real pictures of the place instead of set up images from other rental places.

(November 30, 2018, 10:34 am)Eric is a great landlord! My husband and I moved from out of state and not only was Eric very welcoming, but he gave us a lot of recommendations for things to do in the area.
The buildings are all well maintained, many of them recently renovated, and very comfortable. The fellow tenants are quiet and respectful and the price is great!
Our time at Signature Rentals has made Richmond, and Kentucky in general, feel like home.
