“Dr. Ahmed is a very kind, compassionate physician, and he listens. I’ve never felt that I was being rushed from his office. I’m thankful that I was led to him. I also referred my mother to him, and he and his staff have worked diligently with insurance companies and drug companies to get medications approved for her RA and Osteoporosis. I have and will continue to recommend him to family, friends, and my own patients (I’m an RN). There are only a couple of drawbacks that I can find with his office(s). I feel that they need more staff. Of course, I understand that is the biggest issue with most all practices. If the staff ever seems grumpy, it’s not personal, it’s stress. Also, the Richmond office’s waiting area is quite small. It’s difficult to expect someone, with arthritis, to come alone, but it’s a good idea to limit your guests to one, IF at all possible.”
