Mason Family Drug

There was a mix up on if I was marked for delivery or pick up and since it was supposed to be delivered but got left behind one of the employees is bringing it by on her way home!! True meaning of going above and beyond for their customers!! Thank you all so much :)

Michael and Elizabeth run a wonderful business. Everyone employed there is accommodating and friendly. If you want an excellent pharmacy experience plus really nice clothing and home accessories, this is the place to go!

After a couple of not so good experiences trying to get my RX fully filled and dealing with terrible customer service, Mason Family drug came through! They were very helpful in getting my RX transferred over and had it filled within the hour (before they closed). I came right at closing (they had a drive through line full of people) and the staff still greeted me with a warm smile and friendly attitude. Dr. W was so helpful in getting my RX as well as answering my questions and explaining the dosage, she was friendly, and provided a lovely customer experience. This is my new pharmacy!

They deliver which is a very helpful means in this time because some people can't afford the trips back into town or for those that have no transportation at all. They go beyond all means to make sure you get the medication you need
