Wow. More like a Grand Slam !! If you like baseball and good food. Here is your diner. My meatloaf was amazing. Get the red sauce..... sweet and yummy.

Tonight was our families first time at home plate. Everyone was very sweet and the food was DELICIOUS! I had the country fried steak and my husband had the chicken and dumplings. The kids had burgers, Mac n cheese, and salad. We were just finishing up our dinner when my daughter choked on Mac n cheese and got sick. It was very embarrassing and it’s a small restaurant so I’m sure we ruined some folks meal. Thankfully the owner and the waitress were very kind and told my husband it happens with kids sometimes. The food was EXTREMELY delicious though, and all home cooked. Prices are very reasonable and I hope we are welcomed back. Sorry to anyone whose dinner was ruined bc of our incident. Thank you to the owner and the waitress who went above and beyond for us.

Excellent place for a home cooked meal. Fried chicken like Grandma use to make. Cooked fresh each order. So it takes a little longer to get it. Great barbecue. My husband said some of the best barbecue he has had. The slaw is awesome too!! The workers are very friendly. Brandenburg is lucky Kathy Simmons in our small town!!
