MEADE CrossFit

I joined Meade CrossFit a little over 3 months ago. The first day I walked in I was so nervous! When our class was over I couldn’t tell you how great I felt. Several people welcomed me and told me great job. On top of that watching everyone cheer each other on, I knew I was in the right place! I have learned so much about myself and I am now a part of a community. Thank you Meade CrossFit for providing a great place and being so helpful along the way.
