  Great Service Department. Well worth anyones drive from Hardin County to get Honest Friendly Service. And their Sales department is pretty good to. They STAND behind what they sell.

  I'm traveling around the US from Texas and recently my new 2022 F350 broke down in Hartford, KY. Ray's Ford was the only dealer in a 60 mile radius of Hartford that would accept my vehicle for an emergency warranty repair. Once at the facility, the Service Department did an outstanding job in repairing my truck within 24 hours and they even offered to perform my initial 10,000 mile service while it was in the shop. The Service Advisor Lauren went above and beyond trying to secure transportation options for me from Hartford to Bandenburg in order to pick up my truck once the repair and service was completed. I received outstanding customer service from the entire Ray's Ford Service Department. Thank you!

  Angel in rentals was great to work with. She knew everything about the van I rented and answered all my questions. She was extremely nice and truly seemed happy to help me with all my questions. I would recommend the next time you go to rent a vehicle at Rays Ford as for Angel.

  Absolutely great service and excellent employees. Got us in and out quickly, our brake broken right in front of their place and they fit us in so we didn't have to get a hotel and stay the weekend. Thank you so much.
