Fort Harrod Community Fitness (FHCF)

Love fhcf, since me and my wife both joined, we have gotten stronger and in better shape, the coaches are awesome, it’s like having your own personal trainer every time you come to workout, you may join to get healthier but you get so much more, you get a new family, that is there cheering, pushing and supporting you every step of the way.
It is nothing like just going to a gym to workout, here it is a total different experience, I have tried the gym thing, and could never stick with it, we have being going here for over a year, and we both love it, it is actually great for couples to do together. Want to change your lifestyle? I suggest trying it out, it’s a great atmosphere, with workouts, where you enjoy being pushed and held accountable. It pushes me to be better every time I step in the box....

Since joining the crossfit family at Fort Harrod, I've learned so much about myself. I've been pushed to my limit, but cheered and encouraged the whole time! I'm getting stronger, and my cardio capacity has grown beyond what running or jogging will do. I will never regret joining the box, and i plan to do crossfit for years to come. If you're like me, and don't feel at home in your traditional gym, try crossfit!

Awesome place to achieve a new life style of fitness. Members become like family. Encouragement and support are all around you. Instruction and guidance at every class makes for a worry free experience. Working out here has improved both my physical health as well as my mental health.

I've been to other boxes but this is the only box I have felt as sense of community. The support from the other athletes and coaches is one of the best things about this box. Also, from the moment I set foot in FHCF, I knew I would be challenged but not beyond what I was actually capable of successfully executing. I feel stronger and my body has morphed showing my success. I love the coaches and sense of community within the box.

I truly LOVE FHCH! From the day I started on ramp, I have felt a part of something awesome. Not only do I enjoy the crazy workouts, the coaches and crossfit members are the best! I have just started my crossfit journey and I couldn't be more satisfied with my results thus far (mind and body). I totally recommend this box!! #spartanstrong
