I always love coming to this store, the associates are always very well knowlaged and are absolutely willing to help. I came in with a very buggy phone and upgrading to the I phone 14 was a breeze I will definitely be going back to this location.

My wife and I wanted to trade-in our cell phones for new models. Alex was excellent in helping us choose the models and then setup the transfer of data from our old phones to the new models.

He was ready to answer any questions and in my case, this was the first cell phone in over 10 years, so it was a real education learning how the process works with transferring phone records and applications from an old phone to the new one.

Alex deserves 5 stars. / My wife and I are very happy with his customer service and the cost of the new plan. We highly recommend Alex W. at this store.

Steve at the South Lebanon store is an incredible help when making any purchase. He provided me with top quality customer service & took away all the stress of changing my phone over right there in the store. If you go in the store, make sure to look for Steve. Well done!

Gavin was a delight to work with getting my new phone. I would give him an A+. Alex and Dustin were busy with customers also and were very good from what I over heard. Those 3 employees were wonderful!
