I had some random shaking and I pulled off on the exit. They realized I was traveling and a long way from home. They repaired my car within a few hours and I was off and running. The price was very reasonable. Very grateful I ended up at thy exit.

I had my car towed to Bailey’s due to some overheating and the check engine light turning. The female employee drove me to McDonalds so I could get something to eat while they checked on my car (I live in my car at the moment and didn’t have anywhere I could go).

I had no idea what was wrong with it and these guys made a conscious effort to have a conversation with me about what could possibly be the issue and what could be done about it. Turns out that I just pushed my car a little too hard going over the West Virginia mountains with a bit of a heavy load. They even cut the labor price down for me too!! This is a team of very respectful and hard working people and I’m so glad I took my car there!!
