Petco

I love going to this Petco whether to just look around or buy supplies for my fish and puppies. I have bought all things for my current tank setup here, except for my tank. All the fish I have bought are doing wonderfully and so is my snail. My tank looks wonderful thanks to Petco! The employees are as helpful as they can be considering that they do more than just wait on customers. Almost every time I've been there I have to ask an employee who is busy stocking shelves to help me which makes me feel bad to interrupt them since I know what that feels like, so this sometimes makes me stay a little longer than I expect to be in there since all the employees are super busy or helping other customers. I have only had one bad experience when an employee wouldn't help me because she was busy and she sent another employee to get my fish but the person did not know anything about the fish or how to bag them but that was ok since she didn't work in aquatics. And then when I got up to the counter the employee who wouldn't help me was gossiping with the cashier about another employee which was very unprofessional in my opinion but that's just me. I love when the man who works in aquatics is there because he is very knowledgeable and very helpful and liked to know how I have my setup so he could better help me with my tank situation (I don't know his name but he helped me on July 14th 2023). I also love the vital care program that Petco offers to help me save a lot of money for my fish and supplies, it's only $10 a month for small pets but you get $5 of it back in a coupon on the Petco app. They also have programs for cats and dogs but the prices are different.

We lost one of our dogs (Emmett) this week and his brother (Mickey) & I are grieving for him. He's missing him so much to the point where he won't eat his kibble. So, we went to Petco to try & perk him up and pick him out some Fresh Pet food. After hearing what Mickey had been through this week, the cashier informed me that if he didn't like the food we could bring it back for our money or trade it in on another flavor. He gave Mickey lots of extra love and we both left with smiles.
On top of that, this place is AMAZING! The customer service is on point and they love what they do. It's clean and has literally everything you may need for your fur or feathered babies. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience at this store today! First time in a Petco and I was really impressed. Dalton helped us with our fish and he was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our new fishy friend is doing great so far! We will definitely be back!

Nice friendly atmosphere. Had things I couldn't find at other pet stores.I have several different pets to care for . I have 4 dogs, 2 Guinea pigs and 2 large fish aquariums. I asked about several items and the employees were very knowledgeable. Most pet stores I have been in the employees have no idea about the animals and products.
The employee that helped me the most was Chasity.. she even offered to look in the new stock that they were unloading for an item for me and at checkout she gave me alot of information about the benefits the store offers. I think I was in the store for almost 2 hours looking around and came out with a numerous amount of items. All the employees seemed to enjoy what they were doing with cheerful personalities
