(July 19, 2023, 6:27 pm)I was out of town and my Spartan mower needed a keypad. I called Ray and he scheduled it for pick up later in the week, with repair to follow the next week. He managed to get it picked up, repaired (under warranty) and back to my farm that Friday. He was super responsive and very professional. Thanks Ray!
