(July 10, 2022, 9:16 am)5 STAR - I had a great experience from the moment I began the search for my new pool. After a few emails I was called directly by the GM (Danielle) and she went on to discuss all pool options in great detail. After my pool was installed, I ended up with a defected pool liner 3 days before July 4th and my pool emptied overnight. I sent an email early that morning and was called right away when they opened at 9am. By luck they had one liner in stock, gave me the new liner reimbursed me for the price of a liner replacement install and for the water that was lost, all within one business day. Needless to say we were swimming by July 3rd and the weekend was saved thanks to them and their quick reaction to our warranty needs. I will give them all my business for years to come.

(June 16, 2021, 12:13 pm)I needed sand and salt to finish setting up my pool. I expected to be able to get that at one of the big box stores. Could not. So I looked for a pool supply store near me. The search turned up Paradise Pools. I was just a bit cautious because I didn't know the place. Got there and their prices were reasonable and their service excellent. They loaded the sand and salt while I was checking out. By the time I finished signing my stuff was all loaded. I highly recommend Paradise Pools.

She made this process seem so easy and was there every step of the way! She went out of way to answer all of the questions I had even if it was late and the business was closed! Great Experience and will get all my pool and hot tub supplies from Paradise Pools! Thanks Danielle and Paradise Pools!
