Drove to Lexington from Dallas, TX yesterday and noticed my engine temps spiking about 30mins from our destination. We thought we could get by with just adding coolant, but couldn’t get in contact with any stores to see if they had the correct coolant. We noticed Harrison’s set back from the gas station we’d pulled over to and decided to pop in to see if they could help. Zach, his family, and his employee were all so gracious and helpful. Zach noticed right away that my water pump was badly in need of replacement, and went above and beyond to find a parts store that would remain open extra late for him to buy a new pump. He then installed the new pump and sorted out the coolant situation for me. They worked hard on my truck from the time I pulled up around 8:30 until midnight when they felt confident that we wouldn’t have any more trouble. My truck is running better than ever and the Harrisons truly saved us from what could have been an awful situation.

Excellent service! Polite, punctual, efficient, and extremely reasonable. Zach's a really great guy who knows what he's doing. Pricing is much better then fair, even last minute on a Sunday evening.

Zach was friendly and professional getting me a quote, working to schedule an off hours repair time to work around my busy schedule, and coming all the way to Jeffersonville, IN to get my car’s HVAC blower working again (on the Mazda 5 this part is not easy to replace). I also called him at the last minute and he made sure he had the supplies to change the oil in my wife’s Civic while he was here so we would not need to run to the shop tomorrow.

Where do I start? Zach is the best!! A couple days ago my AC stopped cooling like it should. I took it to a shop and was told the AC compressor was going out, but the shop wanted way too much to fix it. Today my Jeep broke down at a restaurant in southern Indiana on Derby Day. The AC compressor locked up and I couldn’t start it. I had no tools and no way to get it home. I called a couple other mechanics but being Derby Day no one was available. We found Zach’s number and called him. He was not only able to come to us on Derby Day but he drove an hour to get to us! Then it starts raining!! He quickly confirmed the problem and the price was much more reasonable than the other shop quoted! He immediately went to work- in the rain- and had my car completely fixed in no time! He has all the tools and even the coolant to fill the compressor... now it’s ice cold and running great. We are definitely keeping his number for the next time we have car issues!!
