I found a truck online that I was interested in, contacted the dealership from out-of-state, they immediately responded to my inquiry with a FaceTime call to go over the vehicle. Josh & Jennifer did a great job, though I did not purchase as it sold before I could finalize on my end they went above and beyond. Great job! if I am able to find another truck in their inventory I will definitely do business with them.
The staff at Tri County are always friendly and experienced. They explained each item on my vehicle that was to be serviced and their time estimate was spot on. Courteous with every call. I get all my service done on my 2013 Escape that I purchased in 2012 and my car runs like I just bought it new yesterday. Great job!
The first time I walked in the vehicles I wanted to see had been taken home by a manager and another employee. With the stores all saying they have limited stock it didn't make sense for staff to take the vehicles home during work hours. If it wasn't for a on his toes sales person we would have walked out. He over heard us and followed us to our car before we left. He informed us that they had a brand new F350 sitting on the lot. Well after some back and forth over a few days we reached an agreement. Overall working with the salesman was a great experience. He reached out and helped us get the deal we wanted. The only other two negatives at the price point you would think the dealership could provide a front license plate holder and a pouch to hold the owners manual. If Ford cannot provide it, then maybe the dealership should stand up.
Placed my appointment online and showed up 15 minutes early. Pulled up and pulled right in. The whole store was spotless and very clean, The restrooms were very clean and nice. A very nice waiting area with tables and chairs and some softer over by the TV with plenty of room. The staff was very friendly and asked if I need anything which customer service was great. They never question why a Chevy owner would be doing at a Ford dealership lol. Well to answer that is that Nick at Knox Ford sold it to me and told me to take it to Tri-County. I can't say anything bad about Tri county Ford the only bad thing was the drive, 71 and Gene Snyder are both messed up. Thank you for the service, I will be using you from now on. Oh and.....BTW...... That is a sweet looking Shelby GT on the floor
Tri-County did an amazing job. It took Ford about 5 months to get me my 2022 Expedition, but do understand that supply chain issues they are facing. Overall I am extremely satisfied and will certainly go back to them for my future dealings.
