Incredible service! Thorough explanation of work being done to the vehicle with photos sent to your email. I will go here from now on.
Freindly and quality service at a reasonable price. Being open on Saturday made it easier to fit my schedule. Will be sure to return as I need repairs.
Just had a new exhaust system put on and it was a cat back straight pipe and i am amazed. My car sounds better than the car itself and took absolutely no time to get it done. Will definitely be back here if any issues come up!
We were traveling through KY on spring break when our van began overheating and died. We were in and out very quick and they were honest and did everything they could to help us out and get us back on the road tonight!! Thank you so much to Gary & our tech Alex! You guys turned a very frustrating moment for us into leaving with smiles!! Thanks again!
I want to thank Mike the owner of this Meineke, and his staff. I had repair work done on my SUV and in the process of the repair, the alignment of the vehicle's steering wheel had been left set at a tilt. After reviewing the situation with family, they advised me that the offset steering could be affecting the wheel alignment and cause pulling; both affecting the vehicle's drive and condition of the tires.
I called this branch of Meineke because it is the closet to my home, and was quickly set with an appointment for that weekend; the nearest time I had available to see to the issue. I took the vehicle in and was met by Mike at the reception counter. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and while in discussion about the issues I was concerned might be occurring, he reassured me that his technicians would inspect the vehicle, and he would relate back to me if there were indeed any repair issues that had come about from the repairs previously made. He and his technicians starting working right away, and from my vantage point in the front waiting area, I could see how diligently they worked on my vehicle. After working for over an hour trying to correct the alignment of the steering column, Mike came back in and told me that they weren't able to correct the positioning of the column unless I wanted to have much more extensive realignment work done, but that the alignment was not affecting the drive of the vehicle, nor was it negatively affecting the wear of the tires.
I was satisfied with that, especially after witnessing all of the time and work he and his technicians had dedicated to correcting the issue. I thanked him for his and his staff's efforts, and then inquired what the cost would be. He told me that because the issue wasn't able to be solved unless I agreed to much more labor intensive repairs, there would be no charge. I was so impressed and surprised that after all that time and effort Mike wasn't going to charge me for at least their time, I was vastly impressed and gained so much admiration for Mike, his staff and the value of customer service at Meineke.
I've related this visit to many of my colleagues and family members. I greatly value good customer service, and Mike and his technicians went above and beyond. I'm writing this recounting of my visit now after the fact because I have another issue with my vehicle's drive (a rather large nail in a tire), and when I discovered the problem, my first thought was to call Meineke and schedule an appointment.
