(October 3, 2021, 7:26 pm)A few weeks ago, on a Saturday, we decided it was time to sell. Literally, like that. We called Meridith Hamilton and then busted our butts and had the house ready by Tuesday for photos. Meridith got the listing up Thursday (just two days later), and by 4pm we had 9 scheduled showings for Friday. Showings which would never happen 🤣
Then after dinner we got a text from Meridith that we had gotten an offer - sight unseen - for over asking price, with some fantastic terms. Couldn’t say no!
After that, what I expected to be a hectic time, was smooth sailing thanks to Meridith! Showing, then home inspection, then appraisal, and finally a walk-through and seamless closing the next day.
It’s absolutely no wonder she’s the top listing agent at Coldwell… thank you Mer for everything!! 🖤
