(July 9, 2022, 12:29 pm)Needed materials for Oldham County Day signposts (volunteer project). Shopped the 'big box' stores for price estimates. Then, with my 'bill of materials', called Watts. Ethan checked every one of my items to ensure they had the quantity in stock. THEY DID. When I arrived to purchase, he recalled every item from memory! WOW.
Icing on the cake: the total cost was CHEAPER than THD (which I try to avoid).. plus, only a few minutes away.
KUDOS to Ethan and Watts Home Center. They are a JEWEL in the O.C.!
