I had the immense pleasure of training with Tyler and TomorrowStrong over the summer of 2019 between semesters in college. With the regimen and guidance provided by Tyler, over just two months I experienced terrific gains and improved my lifestyle drastically. My main goal was to simply gain weight and muscle mass, and I more than met that goal with a 15 pound increase in weight and improvement in tone. He set me up with a system to track my meals and nutritional data, and provided me with an overall effective jumpstart to an active workout schedule and lifestyle that translated well into my semester in college. It’s one that I still continue today. Not only is he skilled, but he also facilitates a positive atmosphere in his home gym as well. He makes you feel very comfortable every step of the way, and is extremely personable. If you’re looking for a very friendly personal trainer with lots of experience and knowledge, this is your guy! His training goes well beyond just the gym and workout.
