They are amazing landlords! I've had nothing but a great encounter with both of them when I was applying to rent an apartment from them. Not only are they kind, courteous, professional, on time, family oriented, easy to talk too , they also take care of any issues you might be having.
Great landlords too rent from. They never bother you as long as you are getting your stuff done and paying your bill. Even when the virus was on my bed I couldn’t get my rent together for the next few months I had gotten sick and they never once asked me for anything but instead they helped me find assistance in the rental units and utility bills. Thank goodness for Kim and ken hodge.
