I've been using them for the last 22 years, and have always found them to be very friendly and helpful! UNLESS you start telling them how to do their jobs, like the guy that gave them a bad review must have done. LOL They totally empty your vehicle out even the heaviest of items, the prices are very, very cheap, around $1.00 every 20-25 lbs, and will go out of their way to help anyway they can. They've also recently made it, so you can use your debit card to pay them! I have a little S-10 that the back was totally filled almost to over-flowing with 2 months worth of garbage, with a lot of heavy items in it also. The total price I was charged was 8.50, and you can't beat that price. You'd have paid Rumpke at least $40-$50 to pick up the amount of garbage I had that day! LOL

Everytime I go there, everyone is very quick to be helpful! I always feel comfortable going there. I've never had any issues.
