(December 6, 2019, 4:38 pm)When I had first when into Republic Bank, I only had a simple question and the first lady i spoke to was very rude and blunt. I really didn't want to go back in to ask my other question but glad I did. I spoke with a teller Elizabeth and she was the sweetest person and helped me a lot to better understand what i needed and even took to step further to help with another predicament I had. She was great and is helping me a lot.
(June 21, 2018, 10:47 am)I've been banking here for over a year and never had a bad experience. Excellent customer service. Very attentive. I'm always greeted when I walk through the door. My only complaints are that the ATM always seems to be out of order and also the hours of business at this branch are too short. Still, 5 stars due to the friendly, exceptional staff.
