“07/21/20. Got here shortly after they opened and was pulled in immediately, it's interesting that they have you sit in your car while they do the oil change and related activities. There is a screen near your driver side window where you can watch them under your vehicle and under the hood while they do their work. The whole time a timer is ticking down the time you're in the bay. From the moment I pulled in until the moment they were done with my oil change was under 15 mins. While they were working they were calling out when something was completed and it seemed like someone else was double checking. It was a really neat experience. I did also get my wheels rotated while I was there, you are asked to get out of your vehicle while it is up on the lift. My experience here was very positive and all the employees here were nice and appeared to be very competent at what they were doing. I remember when I lived in San Antonio, TX all the positive experiences I had with Valvoline and it's great to see that great customer service experience also exists over at this location here in Georgetown, KY.”

“I recently went shopping there and had the best experience I have had at any store in a long time. They had a big selection of many different things & at a great price. Everything was easy to find and so organized. The young lady that checked me out, her name was Brittany. I couldn’t never brag on this young girl enough. First time I ever visit there she was there and she helped me find a few things I was looking For and she was so nice about it. The last time I went she checked me out and she again was so nice, she talked to me with manners and made me want to always come back. She has a great attitude and definitely a people person. You can tell she care about her job and the store in general. I would recommend anyone to shop at this store, great place, great prices and a great worker that will make you want to always come back”

“Maren (colorist) and Joseph (stylist) are the BEST! My hair has a tendency to pull red so it's always been a battle with colorists to get my perfect color with gold highlights. Maren nails it every time no matter what changes I want to make. Joseph's cuts are so perfect and he never judges me for snipping at my bangs myself! These two are TALENTED and this doesn't come lightly from me, as I am ultra sensitive about my hair after having so many poor experiences in the past. Go see them. You won't regret it.”

“My wife and I are new to Kentucky and the Lexington area, and Michael Prather and his team were truly wonderful in helping us find a new home! Overall, his team was professional, had great communication, provided updates, quickly scheduled multiple virtual tours for us, took the time to get to know us and our interests, and showed us around town multiple times to give us a lay of the land and for in-person tours when we were able to fly into Lexington. When it came time that we were ready to make an offers Michael and his team did their homework and consulted multiple colleagues to vet the value of the home and to justify an offer below asking price. Michael was instrumental in the difficult negotiations process and really came through for us in the end, securing our dream hobby farm home at a reasonable price. Most of all, Michael is just an all-around great guy who is very sociable and knows everyone, making recommendations for the best restaurants to visit, what to do in the area, and who to hire for various jobs around the home. Further, Michael continues to check in on us months after we moved here to make sure we are settling in and connected. “I've used this pharmacy several times since moving to GT last year, and have had very good experiences each time. The staff are friendly and they always have my Rx's ready within a reasonable time. They've been helpful, in fact I've actually had them rush things for me or my children. They're the only Kroger in town and they have limited staff, that's something people may need to keep in mind. All I can say is that they've consistently been great for me.”
