Worked my fur baby in immediately with no appointment that day and resolved our concern in 5 minutes with excellent care and stellar service. I then took her back to be groomed and for a check up . (She’s a Persian and dramatic so she had to be sedated for this.) They updated me right after and educated me on her health and upcoming changes I needed to make . Might I add they may claim not to be groomers but they did a spectacular job on her lions cut . She is absolutely adorable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else . They truly care. Everyone individual that I have encountered there is kind and knowledgeable. Your pet truly is their priority .

So far we have took both our cats to the vet here and was a great experience always.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We've had to put down a couple of our elderly cats and each time they were so gentle and the vet explained each thing he was doing as he was doing it. They really seem to care. And they listen as well. I feel very comfortable bringing my animals here! And NOT just for the above mentioned reason of course😉

(July 8, 2022, 10:30 am)Amanda and Dr. Oliver were great, we were a work-in and arrived at 8. We were seen pretty quick and again Amanda was terrific, listened to us and got to work immediately. I would highly recommend Shelby Veterinarians clinic. Everyone that was working this morning were professional and friendly!
