Direct Tools Factory Outlet

Direct Tools Factory Outlet offered some great deals. I was only browsing so did not bother the staff but in watching their interactions with other customers, they seemed knowledgeable and helpful. This is first time I had been there since they moved into the old leather store. The move has gave them more room and allowed better display of the product.

Love this store, I just wish it wasn 2 an half hours away.

Good deals. Cashier was friendly. Manager seemed to be bothered when asked a question about a product that the cashier couldn't answer

Lots of good prices on mainly power tools and accessories. Would have been nice to find more mechanic type hand tools.

Our tools were recently stolen from our job site and so we had to purchase new ones, the guys here are excellent, I barely lifted a finger, and they helped me load up. I can’t say enough good things about the guys here at this store. Super helpful, and very understanding when it came to the amount of tools I purchased. If you run Rigid, Milwaukee, or Ryobi I would definitely give these guys a shot. It was honestly the cleanest and most organized tool store I’ve ever been into. I’m glad I came to this store. If your looking for something and your nearby, stop by and check them out.
They also sell Factory Blemished items, basically new tools with some minor knicks or a damaged box, not all of their tools are refurbished, only the brown box tools.
