  Our experience with Bill, Janet, and Rodney exceeded our expectations! They were professional and focused on customer service and safety. Bill has hundreds of hours of experience and is prepared for all situations. He serves as a mentor to other ballooners in the area. This is a well organized and efficient team from the ground crew to the air. Bill has a vast knowledge of the area and points out areas of interest on the trip. He knows where to look for wildlife and will take the balloon low for photo opportunities of the balloon’s reflection in a pond. The champagne toast at the end was the perfect way to end our day. I highly recommend this company.

  Great balloon ride. The pilot, Bill, is very professional, safety oriented, and has a lot of experience.

  I took my girlfriend up for her birthday. Great trip, Bill was an awesome pilot. With a champagne toast at the end. I would recommend this to anyone.

  9/24/2017 We had a great flight with Mr. Bill and Mrs. Janet!! They were very kind and knowledgeable. Had a lot of fun! Would highly recommend!!! It was my first flight and had a great toast with them at the end!! Thank you guys for a great evening!! Martin Martinez and Jodi Lawson
