“Had our upstairs shower redone and conducted business with Seth. The “ bearded brothers” did the installation and did a fabulous job. We chose the deep soaker tub with new fixtures and a marble shower above. My partner and I were impressed the installation team was able to do installation in 1 day and I was able to work from home while they did it. Installers were kind and professional and Seth was great to work with - super responsive and quick to text or call back if needed. My partner and I were impressed with install and price. Would recommend improve it and will use in the future”

“Excellent customer service! My wife wanted a particular piece that was part of a limited edition. Returned to store day after she pointed it out and was sold out. Started to get the same piece in a different color which was not on sale as the preferred item was. Staff offered to call another store to find exactly what we wanted. Found it in Cinncy and had shipped to my home. One can’t image how helpful that was because I don’t get around easily, had a shopping helper that day and would not have been easy to get to another store far away. Staff member even saved me the shipping cost as he reminded me my wife was enrolled as member or preferred shopper. They were knowledgeable about the products and made it a great shopping experience!!!”

Not to mention, the collar is stylish on our two Jack Russells. As for the store and staff. Everyone who works here is so polite, professional, and kind. The store is clean and smells of leather! “The store was clean and well put together and the fitting room was super cute. But the best part of it all was the girl that helped me. I think her name was Jessica(?) and she was crazy helpful. She took me around the store and helped me get stuff in my size. As I was in the fitting room she asked how I liked things and if she could see it. “I can’t begin to explain how highly I recommend Penrod. Gabe was our project lead and he was professional, courteous, and he went above and beyond. He spoke to my neighbors before breaking ground, FaceTimed me when I couldn’t be there to answer questions, and made sure I was happy with every step of the project. The level of customer service we received far exceeded our expectations. The fence is very high quality and has added tons of curb appeal to the property. Also, I can assure you that after receiving 3 different quotes from local places, that Penrod certainly offered the most reasonable rates.
