I love this place so much when I bring my kids here they give them popsicles they are so so very nice and they do great business I will 100 % be going back here!

They’re tha best/ greatest pawn shop in sumner, Robertson, Franklin county area without a doubt! Yesterday an tha past couple days Had been really rough for my family an I. Yesterday mornin had started out with my youngest child Kayden, my son turning out to be sick. Then I had a blow out on my vehicle which lead us stranded on tha side of tha road for an hour 1/2 stuck with no a/c in 100 degree weather. Kids were beyond upset, uncomfortable, hot, sweating, hungry, an becoming thirsty. With me only having a couple bottles of waters an a few snacks, I finally got tha tire changed an tha spare put on. I made my way to Steve’s pawn shop. Upon arrival tha kids were not happy. So I gathered tha stuff I wanted to sell (my tools) an made my way in. I failed to get her name, however tha lady runnin tha front desk we’ll call her “our hero.” Most pawn shops only think bout themselves an their business. Which sometimes is understandable. But majority of tha time they don’t give you tha time of day an decline your offer. However, yesterday was way different. I didn’t wanna just give my tools away cause I was in a hard spot so I was hoping an praying I. Could Atleast get a reasonable fair offer to where we we’re both happy. Cause these are ALL snapon an Matco branded. We got just that. We agreed on $100 flat which was okay with me cause it left them with a fair amount of profit. An also helped me out majorly, but that’s not it. She had me in an out very quickly, she was beyond friendly, respectful, generous, kind, an most importantly she was considerate. She not only had me in an out, an given me what I desired, but she gave my kids popsicles, opened them an wrapped them in paper towels so that their hands wouldn’t freeze by having to hold them. My kids are very young, 3, 2, 4months, of course my youngest couldn’t have one. But she couldn’t help that he couldn’t, but if he could I knew without a doubt he would’ve gotten one also. An she wished us that our day got better an sent us on our way. I think we need more people or pawn shops like Steve’s pawn. If people would be more considerate, helpful, an sometimes sacrifice just a tad bit for their customers, then maybe their businesses would grown larger like ole Steve’s pawn. Thank y’all again for being tha positive in our day yesterday. Y’all made everything that happened yesterday just that more bare able, or even with stand able.
