This is an extraordinary Animal Clinic! ❤️. They take exceptional care of your pet. “fur baby” .. My Colby has been with them since born. .. he is relaxed and knows he is loved there . I couldn’t ever go anywhere else. It is a way from my home but would travel any distance to have them care for him. He is 3 yrs old and a Yorkie. He feels safe and secure there as I do having him in there care ! Truly a great Dr! Colby loves Dr Benson. As well as his staff! Ten stars all the way ❤️🐾🙏🐾❤️

Took my new kitten who had a severe infection on his shoulder, the doctor gave us a list of everything they could do with him including shots and costs. I was unable to pay for the cleaning and pain shot but the amazing vet there cleaned him up for us anyways. They were kind and patient and treated my kitten like he was their own. I'm very happy with the service and recommend anyone and everyone to see him. Thank you for taking such great care of Meep, he's had a full recovery since.

Live in Louisville but my sister lives in Taylorsville KY. I picked up an abandoned young male beagle in rough medical shape. First dog I’ve had as an adult but he needed help. She offered her vet. We got him in quick. They were beyond kind to us/him. Great care. Stay in contact. Share all the info you need. I meet them for the first time This week since my sister took him for first appointment. I’ll update this post after that. But at this point the staff make it worth for me to drive to Taylorsville for the care. They seem to be great people and worthy of the travel time

Time for the edit !!! Second beagle we had been looking for found. She’s pretty thin. Small. Blonde fur. She got her visit today and the other one got his 2nd to see how he was. I couldn’t recommend this vet and his staff more. Well worth the drive to Taylorsville from Louisville to see this team. Pooches are good. Staff was great. Got there a little early and they took us right back. Appointment was quick. Prices are not bad at all. They are the vet for these pooches

Dr Bension and staff are the best! I have been taking my dogs there back in the Dr Dill days. We are blessed with many community veterinary services, but they have given the best care to my geriatric dogs! They truly care for animals.

Salt River Vet was the only vet available for same-day appointment when my 13 year old dog named Luke really needed medical attention. Salt River took great care of Luke; giving him fluids, keeping him overnight for observation, giving him medicine to help make him feel better, and took an x-ray to make sure nothing more concerning was happening. They were so sweet and made Luke feel comfortable! He was back to himself in a few short days and I really appreciate how they handled Luke’s case, especially since I was a new customer.
