(July 23, 2018, 10:03 am)My mom has been at SHC Trimble County since Thanksgiving Day 2017. The excellent care my mom has received there is wonderful. The workers are so friendly and caring. Mom always says everyone is so nice to her and that makes me feel good. The food is awesome just like Cracker Barrel, a well balanced diet. Thanks Signature Health Care Trimble County
