The employees here are always so nice! I no longer live in Springfield but I always come back here to get my oil change! I trust them more than anyone else!

Would give more stars if I could. Called 20 minutes before to ensure there was no wait, i was told there wasn’t. Went for an oil change Upon arrival I was greeted quickly by a very professional and nice gentleman. He apologized because there did end up being a car in front of me but I only waited about 5 minutes. Didn’t have the filter for my car which I didn’t mind because everyone was very nice! Ended up waiting maybe an extra 10 minutes, if that. They were generous enough to give me a discount for taking longer than intended even though the whole process was no more than 30 minutes! I’m not a resident and it was my first time here, I’ve never felt more welcomed as a woman visiting an auto shop in all of my years. I highly recommend these people and I expected to pay SO much more than what I did! Will definitely be back
