I have been a patient since 2015-ish. My experience with Versailles Family Medicine is one that transcends the typical "little clinic" or "big retailer" experience.

I won't call just any doctor MY doctor, not until I absolutely know and trust my life in his or her hands. I am proud to call Dr. Brian Smith my doctor!

He and his staff are as helpful and professional as can be expected, in my humble opinion. When it comes to your medical needs you can find a home for your entire family right here!

Dr. Smith has connections with and knows many of the very best specialists in many areas of medicine. You can know and feel comfortable you will pointed in the right direction for all of your imaging and/or treatment requiring a specialist in any area of medicine.

I was Referred to Versailles Family Medicine and Claire Schack, PA. in particular by my brother. I can only say this is the best thing that has happened to me . Claire takes the time necessary to ask questions, listen and determine a course of action. The communication between this provider and other specialists is unmatched. In addition, the online patient portal is in my opinion, one of the most efficient and user-friendly systems for accessing my records, appointments and asking questions. I would easily give Claire and this practice 6 stars if possible.

Dr. Smith and the staff at VFM have been taking excellent care of me for 5+ years. They are always willing to listen to my concerns, and they include me in any decisions made about my health care.
