I took his advice and continued with the install. After picking up the truck, I was not happy with the way it sounded. We took it back, and Patrick did everything he could do to make me a happy customer. I am thrilled he was able and also knowledgeable enough to help change the issue I was having. By far the best customer service I have gotten. There was another employee who was rude and downright disrespectful there who works the front counter. I would advise only dealing with Patrick! You'll be glad you did.”
