“Just got off of the phone with them. Super nice, and quick to offer their assistance. While driving 71, my popup campers' leaf spring broke. I had to abandon it at a local McDonalds, as I live in Pennsylvania, 6 hours away. After calling multiple people from my home, these folks were quick to say they would not only tow it back to their place, but also order the part and fix it. Obviously, none of the work was done yet, but he seemed very confident that there would be no issues. Call these folks first! They want to help!”

“So didn't have the greatest start to my son's repair service but I will forgive it and took a star because of the issue. I do like for the most part the ability to have a scheduled appointment compared to first come first served. Unless there is a miscommunication. The only thing I will say that has NOTHING to do with the fine service of Tri County is that it is pointless to get brakes and rotors down if the car gets rear ended so hard the trunk is now in the backseat and the car is now totaled.”
