I was very annoyed with AT&T and after going to another store and talking to customer service these two was finally able to help me get some answers and we’re very understanding of my frustration. Thanks so much guys.
(June 11, 2020, 9:06 am)Cherish was very knowledgeable about the upgrades and was very helpful with helping me continue my service with this company. She informed me about the offers for customers like me and new customers as well. The staff was very considerate and although they did try to get me an iPhone (which I don't like lol) I was able to get an upgrade without spending all of my money In the process. Thank you guys I appreciate the help and I wasn't coached to say anything.
