(September 11, 2020, 4:20 pm)They are sometimes friendly and fast to work with when i have to ship packages (which is very frequently) but i went there once while I was in a rush and they opened at 7:30am and I got there at 8:30 am and they claim their register wasn't working and their lobby was locked.

I filed two separate help tickets to USPS recently, and the Postmaster of the Geismar PO followed up within a business day (same day for one!) for both. Excellent service, very polite, and we were able to resolve both issues quickly. This is not the first time, either - only the most recent time. Thanks for being a service to the community.
