(April 17, 2021, 8:59 am)Mike and the entire Mavis Tire team were amazing!! We called for a quote for a tire plug and when I arrived he immediately came outside to greet me. Mr. Mike was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and provided top notch customer service. They fixed my tire in under 45 minutes. We will definitely be using Mike and his team for all of our vehicle services.

The shop manager, Mike, is great to work with; he's kind, helpful, and efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone for all tire and brake needs.
(April 2, 2021, 4:54 pm)The manager Mike is really honest and down to earth. Doesn't try to sell you things that you don't actually need. I didn't have to wait extremely long for service either. I was met in the parking lot to be questioned on what I needed. Highly recommend going here for any of your car needs.
(March 27, 2021, 10:22 pm)I rarely post reviews. Mike at the Gonzales location is the best and I got an honest evaluation and repair at a great price. It was also really quick. Very impressed with the whole experience and the Mavis franchise. They have a new loyal customer.
(January 14, 2021, 11:31 am)Unbiased, the place is a great business. Things are communicated to you with your front rep and mechanic. It's great if you're into knowing the ins and outs about your car and the work being done. Trustworthy, reliable, quick and efficient. Also if you're looking the most out of your offers it's a super plus, they won't twist your arm at all. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

(January 24, 2020, 12:42 am)Good ppl, Great deals, and fast service! These guys are straight to the point and keep it simple. If your serious then they're serious and will definitely work with you! They not only had everything the bank needed prepared when I arrived on short notice, they even waited patiently at the dealership well past closing for the bank to finish up so that I could take the car home that night!
Now that's some service!
