Did not have to wait long. Courteous staff. Good explanation of costs and use of equipment.
The people were very professional and extremely detailed. All of my questions were answered and explained and easy to understand. I was given a printed copy of all testing results that were done today.
Everything was handled to my satisfaction, and I am a very detailed person.

Dr. Laudy was exceptional! She made sure to thoroughly explain her procedures before testing my hearing. She spent time explaining to me the causes and the solutions to my hearing issues.
