“Folks, Ronnie is a very nice and professional man. I drove in from Texas on a cold evening and needed some assistance on my truck engine. I called Ronnie about 6 pm and he showed up in 20 minutes. He assessed my truck and prepared it for safely driving it back home. I left it at his shop and he kindly gave me a ride back to my rental car. He also changed the oil and fuel filters, washed the engine bay and body. He does a great job and is very affordable and an overall nice guy! I would recommend him as your "go to" guy if you need assistance.”

“Awesome customer service!! Stopped in to get air in my tires and come to find out all my tires were bad. The owner, Torey, gave me a spare to ride on cause the back tire had threads coming out. I ordered a whole set of tires and he said that they will be in in the afternoon. He called me 4 hours later to let me know that my tires were in and I could come get them. I arrived within 30 minutes and he installed them as well. I was very pleased with the price. I recommend him to the whole Ascension parish and surrounding areas. Good service is hard to find nowadays. They definitely can count on me returning. Next week, I'm having my vehicle detailed. Good job fellas!!”

That is EXACTLY what Ascension Transmission does. Service manager, Ty, is an awesome guy, very friendly and knowledgeable as to what he is talking about. He isn't the typical "just out to make more money" kind of guy. He's very down to earth and genuinely seems to care about his customers. From first contact, to dropping my vehicle off and having my service completed I would give Ascension Transmission a solid 10/10. I dont typically leave many reviews but when I feel I have been treated so well and am this impressed, I have to make it known.
