I had the pleasure of working with Jay at FailSafe on a full remodel of a house and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, before any contracts were signed or money exchanged, he was honest, communicative, and incredibly generous with his time. He walked me through a few options, scoped the project with care, and answered every question with patience and transparency.

Once we kicked things off, he delivered on everything he promised, and then some. The quality of the work was excellent, and I always felt like I was in the loop. No surprises, no drama, just a trustworthy pro who takes pride in doing things right.
