Lake Urgent Care - Galvez

I was a walk-in and received service 15 minutes after arriving. The staff was friendly and helpful in diagnosing my illness. Also, the staff will give you a note to give to your job or school. The fees are high, but overall great service.

I brought my son in yesterday to be seen. Staff was very accommodating and caring. We were seen quickly and efficiently. We’ve been here for all urgent care needs and will continue to come back.

Great the nurse listened to me and treated me accordingly. The clinic on Hwy 73, should do an inservice here for better patience care. I have found the clinc on Hwy 73 to be a waste of time and money. I went there two weeks ago and was not given anything for my symptoms. The staff was professional and listened to my symptoms and treated me accordingly. I will only visit this clinic going forward.

Highly impressed with my whole experience here. From the second I walked in the receptionist was so nice. I waited about 3 minutes after checking in to go to the back. The nurses and techs were very efficient, as well as the doctor. I don’t think I was in there longer than 15 minutes and they were able to tell me what was wrong with me and prescribed me medicine. Definitely recommend!

Nice and friendly staff…
Service was quick and easy! I brought my daughter the next day at 9:30 on a Tuesday because she wasn’t feeling well but they were closed. I guess they didn’t have enough available staff to remain open that day. But service was great for me the day prior.
