“Awesome customer service!! Stopped in to get air in my tires and come to find out all my tires were bad. The owner, Torey, gave me a spare to ride on cause the back tire had threads coming out. I ordered a whole set of tires and he said that they will be in in the afternoon. He called me 4 hours later to let me know that my tires were in and I could come get them. I arrived within 30 minutes and he installed them as well. I was very pleased with the price. I recommend him to the whole Ascension parish and surrounding areas. Good service is hard to find nowadays. They definitely can count on me returning. Next week, I'm having my vehicle detailed. Good job fellas!!”

“I don’t think I’ve ever had a horrible experience at Rouses. I will say they are almost always out of shredded lettuce, which can be a inconvenience. It’s a hit and miss on other items I tend to get as well, such as, the big hazelnut creamer containers. All the cashiers are nice, customer service is friendly. The prices are a little higher as opposed to surrounding stores.”
