“The transmission on my 2018 Ford F-250 FX4 Diesel went out completely…wouldn’t go forward or backwards. I towed it to Powertrain Specialists and dropped it off after hours, using their after hours drop box for my keys which made it convenient! It did take them a few weeks to start on diagnosing, and repairs, but I expected as much because of the vehicles lined up before me. Once the work was started, I feel that they completed the repairs in a very timely manner. Someone from Powertrain did stay in contact with me with any progress that was made, as well as informing me on what had happened to break as well. The techs did an excellent job with my transmission rebuild, and my truck operates better than before my break down! The owner went above and beyond by knocking more costs off of the parts and repair than what was originally quoted to me as well, which I was very thankful for! Definitely a very knowledgeable staff, and would bring my truck back again in the future if I ever have any transmission related issues! Highly recommend!!!”

“BEST fast food you can get! This burger out beats any other fast food burger out there by a landslide...and honestly, most other sit down restaurants as well! The meat is good quality with a great taste. Did I mention they use whole pickle slices(yum)?!! They also know how to make the bacon crispy,(upon request) which apparently leaves other fast food restaurant employees scratching their heads, lol. I love that they went a different route by choosing shoestring fries as their side and then dust them with delicious seasoning rather than just salt and pepper. They're definitely a perfect complement to such a tasty burger 😋 ...Then, as if that's not enough and you're not already bursting at the seams, then you have the opportunity to order a hot fudge brownie sunday(add banana and strawberries)....OMG....where is the wheelbarrow to wheel me outta this place?? BTW this location is BY FAR the best location I've ever visited and that is mostly due to a gentleman named Mr. Eddie. My 3 year old had a really rough day at the doctor, so I brought him in for lunch and a Sunday to lift his spirits. Mr Eddie made sure that he did just that. From the moment we walked into the door, Mr Eddie went out of his way to greet us with a smile, explain the menu, make suggestions and complement my son smile. Then when we made our order for our Sunday, he made sure to make it extra special. He really made my son's day. We left with a fist bump, full bellies and big smiles thanks to Mr Eddie and Freddy's! We shall return!”

“Purchased an AR15 from them at a recent gun show. The price was fair compared to the overpriced competitors at the show. AR15 's are hot items right now so I found the price to be fair considering. Their ammo was overpriced but again very hard to find as well so not complaining. They were VERY, VERY busy so talking to them about what you were looking for was difficult. Next time I am going to go visit him at his shop to see if the customer service is better. That is the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars.”
