“I could not have picked a better contractor to build my family home than Butch Ingram. From Pricing and Consultation to Construction and Quality Control, Butch's work was top tier. I had contacted Butch to go over a set of house plans to give me a quote on, and he came to my property that evening and we talked about the house and went over the plans, and what I was looking for. After a few more meetings Butch gave me a price to build the house I wanted. I was going to out of town working for about 10 months, so I needed a contractor to handle the house as a "turn key". Butch kept me up to date throughout the construction process with pictures, videos, and we talked frequently to discuss my preferences on things. Butch has the experience and forethought to not only foresee issues that arise during construction but always had suggestions ready for me. There were a few times during construction that my wife or myself wanted something changed, modified, or upgraded. Butch may have had to think quick and jump threw some hoops but he never complained and always went the extra mile to get the little things done that we wanted. As this was a "turn key" home, Butch handled ever aspect of construction from the foundation and framing to the installation of the new well and getting the appliances installed and getting the power and gas hooked up. Throughout the whole process Butch made me and my wife feel very comfortable about everything. We felt that Butch had our best interests in mind and that he took a lot of pride in his work. When I finally came home, our new family home was complete, and when I took the tour of our new home, the craftsmanship, quality of work and attention to detail took my breath away. Butch Ingram completed my house ahead of schedule and under budget, and I would recommend his services to any that are looking at either building a new home or considering a remodel.
