(January 6, 2021, 9:09 am)She answered all my questions! She also let me know that the unit I was planning on renting was actually bigger than I needed, I was able to downsize by two levels. I haven't used the storage until today so other than that the experience was quick and easy!

She did an outstanding job of securing my unit and accommodating me while navigating through being instructed virtually by her trainer. She had a very pleasant spirit and was very composed given the situation. Very nice experience!
