“Great service!!! We ordered live crawfish but the crawfish guy didn't deliver. Instead of a refund, they drove to a competitor, bought crawfish to fill our order, and delivered them to our driveway. Even though they paid more for the replacement crawfish, they honored our original deal and actually lost money on the deal. They did this all in 30 minutes and saved our boil.
