Awesome customer service!!! My interaction with this dealership was positive overall. Salesperson James was very helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient and super patient. He set us up for test drive and paperwork. Then he handed us to Kevin - Sales Manager who is also super professional. I will definitely go to this dealership again for future cars.

Had a great experience leasing a Bolt from Derek. So good, in fact, that two months later we went back and leased a second one. What's really special about Derek is that when he tells you a price on the phone, you know you're not going to pay more than that. Other Chevy dealerships, we found that once you sit down at the desk, the price keeps going up as one fee and extra after the other is tacked on. Not with Derek - he told us a price on the phone, and when we sat down, he actually pulled out a discount here and a rebate there, so that we actually left with a better deal than we arrived with. Highly recommended, and when our leases are up, we're definitely coming back!

This car purchase experience is one of my best. I placed a simple query and Stephen Contreras contacted within half an hour. From then, he provided all the information I asked about the Bolt Lease and provided all the alternatives available. Once, I made a choice, he helped me through every step of the process. Yesterday I had a 1 PM appointment and I reached there on time. There was absolutely no wait for me. He walked me though all the paperwork and was very professional through the period. He explained all the features of the car very well, helped me setup my chevy account, get rewards, explained the benefits, and finally gave a very nicely done car.
