I have to honestly say, they helped me in so many ways, they went above and behold to help me. my was a total loss . I spoke with Brooke and I explained to her what had happen and why I needed to extend my rental. Then she referred me to Johnathan who helped me SOO much. If your ever needed to purchase a vehicle give them a Call not only do they help you. But their customer Service Game is A+ 100

I needed a large SUV but was not sure if would be able to get it. We'll to my surprise I stopped by and spoke with Mike and he made it happen. When I went to pick up the car not only did he have the car I needed, he was able to upgrade me to a premium SUV. Thanks again Mike & Chase for making my rental experience a pleasant one.

Great experience at Enterprise in Baker (except I requested to be put in anything but a minivan and they put me in a minivan anyway😆😂)!

The staff of Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Main St. in BAKER, LA. was very friendly and professional. The lobby was crowed when I was picking up the vehicle and they worked very efficiently and quickly to service the customers. My rental vehicle was clean and I believed it was sanitized regarding COVID concerns. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking to rent a vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience renting a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car!
